About IPM Colorado
IPM Colorado (Integrated Pest Management) was founded in 2011 by Jack McCaffrey and Tyler Gehauf, two industry veterans who partnered to build something different — a pest control company defined by exceptional service, personal accountability, and a genuine commitment to their team and their clients. The company started by serving anyone who called but quickly found its true calling in commercial accounts: businesses that valued a pest-free environment and operated with integrity.
IPM operates in Denver and Colorado Springs, Colorado, and has been trusted by some of the state’s largest commercial properties since 2013. Their client roster includes a 500-guest-room hotel with 50,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and 3 full-service restaurants, major commercial property management portfolios, healthcare facilities, food service chains, and HOA communities. Some client relationships span more than 15 years.
The IPM difference is personal accountability. Every account has a dedicated technician who owns that route and that client relationship. There are no call centers, no rotating technicians, no cookie-cutter plans. Every pest management plan is custom-built around what that specific business wants to protect. Communication is IPM’s foundation — from the first inspection through the online customer portal, clients always know who is working on their account and what is being done.
In 2019, IPM began building a network of partner pest control companies in other markets, allowing clients with multi-state facility portfolios to maintain a local-company feel as they grow — without being absorbed by a national call-center chain. Jack McCaffrey has since retired; Tyler Gehauf continues to lead the company and personally responds to client questions and issues.
